Project summary

This extensive high quality residential development within the listed landscape setting of Cliveden involved the regeneration of the former Canadian Red Cross Memorial hospital site. The trusts priority was to preserve both the aesthetic and environmental integrity of the estate, whilst at the same time guaranteeing the sites future. Witton fell sandstone successfully facilitated this process. One of Cliveden Village's priorities was to use materials from renewable, sustainable, recyclable sources, and those that cause minimal potential harm to the environment.
